For the first part of our interview screening process, we are

asking everyone to submit a short video interview. We're looking for energetic, fun and engaging people to join our family so take this opportunity to show us!

DON'T PANIC! We want to give you every chance to show us your personality. We'll make sure you are set up for success.

Read below for instructions.

How to Complete your Video Interview

  1. Set aside around 20 minutes to complete the interview. This includes preparation time, answering the questions, and re-takes if required.

  2. Find a quiet spot to record your interview. We want to make sure we can hear your answers clearly!

  3. RELAX! Ditch the fancy clothes and wear something you feel comfortable in.

  4. Choose your device to record on. It doesn't matter what you use, whether it be your phone, tablet or computer. Just make sure the device is secure on a flat surface, and that we can see your smiling face.

  5. Take a look over the following prompts and record yourself answering them:

  • Tell us a bit about yourself.​

  • Let us know about any hobbies you have, or something you are passionate about.

  • Why do you think you'd be a good fit for our family?

We're not here to try and trick you. We just want to get to know you a little better. Answer the questions honestly and just be yourself. Let your personality shine! Look over the video once you have finished recording. If you're not happy with it, just record again. We're also not looking for anything too long, no more than 2 minutes!

Once you are happy with your recording, the next step is really easy.
